• Punctual -- show up ready and on-time before the (average) start time: 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM.
• Good driving record -- Able to drive your car to Saco and then use a company car to travel to work sites.
• Basic tool knowledge --  of hand tools.
• Heights -- Comfortably able to use ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
• Travel -- Ability to travel in Maine and across the United States (usually on trips of 3 weeks or less) 50% of the year.
• Strong -- Able to lift 50+ lbs. (and up to 70lbs or 100 lbs) multiples times per day.
• Fluent -- in English or Spanish. Multilingual / bilingual candidates with additional languages are encouraged to apply.
• Independent -- Able to work independently and with teams.
• Safe -- Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
• Positive  -- good attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Responsible -- and self-motivated, accountable, meet committments.
