Do you live in Maine? If so, click "apply now" to fill out your interest form for Resilient Coders' computer science bootcamp (full-time training opportunity with stipend) taking place August 11 to December 12, 2025.

IntWork and the Maine Immigrant Rights Coalition (MIRC) have received Maine state funding to partner with Resilient Coders to bring this training opportunity to Maine to attract and retain “racially, ethnically, and linguistically diverse workers”.   

Resilient Coders provides a free online Coding Bootcamp that helps you become competitive Software Engineers in today’s tech market. Over 500 software engineers have graduated from Resilient Coders’ 18-week program and have gone on to work at companies such as Accenture, Audible, and Uber where they have created long-lasting impactful change.

What this training program offers:

• Access to industry relevant full stack developer skills

• Training in freelancing, professional development, and post-program job search support

• A community of mentors, recent and established alumni, instructors, and dedicated staff

• A $500 biweekly stipend while students are enrolled in the program   

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED (candidates with Masters degrees or higher do not qualify)  

• Racial, ethnic, or linguistic minority with advanced-level English proficiency

• Has (or will have) authorization to work in the United States by July 2025

• Resident of the Maine, Greater Boston, or Philadelphia region

• Low-income (based on HUD guidelines) 

• Priority is youth: 18 - 35 years old
